Rural and remote areas may incur longer delivery times.
Holidays and unexpected weather may impact delivery times as well.

Economy Shipping:

Need it faster?

3 Day Express - Arrives 3 business days after the day it ships out.
2 Day Express - Arrives 2 business days after the day it ships out.
Next Day - Arrives on the next business day after the day it ships out.

Orders shipping outside of the contiguous US may take additional time.

Please Note: deliveries can occur as late as 8pm local time for the delivery location.

What if my order contains personalized items?

Orders for personalized items will have the shipping time information available on the product details page when you are looking at the item you wish to purchase.

Processing time is the period from when the order is placed to when it leaves our warehouse.

Expedited shipping options are available in checkout. However, expedited shipping will not speed up the processing time for your personalized item.

Personalized items are not returnable or exchangeable.

What are Dropship or Third-Party items?

Dropship or Third-Party products are items that ship directly from a third-party fulfillment center.

This merchandise will arrive separately from other items on your order and depending on your location may take additional time to be delivered.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO)?

Yes, we do! Please review the information below for any restrictions that may apply to your order.

Orders shipping to a PO Box cannot ship via any express method.
Hazardous items (such as helium tanks) cannot be shipped to a PO Box or Military address.
APO/FPO/DPO delivery times for these addresses are dependent upon location.
Orders to PO boxes will incur an additional service charge and take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive, please supply a physical address for faster delivery and to avoid the surcharge.

How do I determine when I will receive my order?

Each product detail page contains information about an item's estimated delivery. Once your order is submitted you will receive emails with tracking information for each package in your order.
